Supporting Green Transformation with Circular Recycled Materials
Huafei focuses on the recycling and regeneration of post-consumer PET resources, transforming recycled bottle flakes into stable, high-quality recycled PET materials. These materials provide reliable solutions for diverse application scenarios, including packaging, fibers, automotive, home products and consumer goods.
Huafei currently has the capacity to recycle approximately 55,000 tons of post-consumer PET resources each year. Based on publicly available life cycle assessment data, when replacing an equivalent amount of virgin PET materials, this may help reduce more than 70,000 tons of CO₂e emissions. This estimate is based on public life cycle assessment data, and the actual carbon reduction impact may vary depending on raw material sources, production processes, energy mix and customer application scenarios.

Veolia Huafei Participates in CHINAPLAS 2026
From April 21 to 24, 2026, CHINAPLAS 2026 was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Under the theme of “Re:New Life”, Veolia Huafei showcased innovative applications of recycled PET materials and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry partners to jointly promote the development of the circular economy.

As an important member of Veolia’s recycled plastics business in China, Huafei leverages the Group’s global resource regeneration technology system to continuously provide customers with stable, high-quality and traceable recycled plastics solutions.
The company has capabilities in bottle flake washing, food-grade rPET pelletizing, and the production of various recycled materials such as rHDPE and rPP. Its products are widely used in personal care packaging, high-end textiles, automotive, home appliances, electrical and electronic applications, and other sectors.
Huafei is also actively promoting the transition of the plastics circular economy from factory operations to broader social and ecological scenarios. The “Blue Circle” project, jointly initiated with Blueview Technology, has processed approximately 6 million ocean plastic bottles and collected 10,800 tons of marine waste, and was awarded the 2023 United Nations Champions of the Earth Award for Entrepreneurial Vision.
